The Armenian government has reduced the number of participants of public events from 20 to 5. This is what Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia, Commandant for the state of emergency Tigran Avinyan said in parliament today.
When asked if people can participate in holy masses in churches, Avinyan stated that the reduction also concerns churches.
