The legal regime of state of emergency is necessary in order for citizens of Armenia to be able to follow the new rules of conduct and for Armenia to have liability measures. This is what Minister of Health of Armenia Arsen Torosyan said live on Facebook today.
“Extending the state of emergency isn’t an end in itself. It serves as a basis for Armenia to continue its anti-epidemic actions. At this moment, extending the state of emergency is an imperative,” he added.
