STEPANAKERT. – President Bako Sahakyan on Monday signed a decree on releasing Arshavir Gharamyan from the post of Secretary of Security Council of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Republic upon his respective letter of resignation, Central Information Department of the Office of the Republic of Artsakh President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
