Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Monday chaired a consultation, during which the draft 2021-2023 state medium-term expenditure plan for Armenia was discussed.

The PM instructed to discuss in detail the proposals on this draft, and stressed the importance of taking consistent steps towards the implementation of capital expenditure programs and the work aimed at developing new projects.

"Everything must be done so that the events unroll in an optimistic scenario," he added.
