President Bako Sahakyan on Wednesday signed a decree on relieving Marat Musayelyan from the post of Head of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Republic President's Office, and upon his own request. Central Information Department of the Office of the Republic of Artsakh President informed this to Armenian News-NEWS.am.
