YEREVAN. – A criminal case has been filed based on Sasun Mikaelyan's statement addressed to Edmon Marukyan's brother. The Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia informed Armenian News-NEWS.am about this.

To note, Edgar Marukyan, the brother of Edmon Marukyan—leader of the opposition Bright Armenia Party and its parliamentary faction, had petitioned to Prosecutor General Artur Davtyan, submitting a report on crime by Sasun Mikaelyan, an MP of the ruling My Step bloc, in connection with the direct and indirect threats voiced against him.
