Governed by the Armenian government’s March 16 decision on declaring a state of emergency in Armenia and taking as a basis the records drawn up as a result of monitoring conducted on the basis of the order of head of the Education Inspectorate of Armenia, the Commandant for the state of emergency in Armenia, Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan has banned the operation of a kindergarten in the Arabkir Administrative District of Yerevan for a week and another kindergarten in the Nork-Marash Administrative District of Yerevan for a day.
