YEREVAN. – As of 11am on Thursday, 566  new cases of coronavirus have been registered in Armenia; this was reported by the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

A total of 14,669 cases of COVID-19 were confirmed as of Thursday morning.

The total number of tests conducted so far is 75,389, and 2,233 tests were performed in one day alone.

Also, 8,876 people—an increase by 303—are currently being treated.

According to the latest data, 5,466 people—240 people in the last day—have recovered thus far.

In total, 245 patients—an increase by 18—have died thus far.

And five other deaths were reported the previous day when the patients were diagnosed with the coronavirus, but died of other illnesses. The total number of such cases is 82 now.
