Armenia is not going to deepen its relations with one country at the expense of another, Armenian FM Zohrab Mnatsakanyan said during Thursday's debates on the 2019 state budget performance report.

According to the minister, Armenia develops relations in three main areas: Russia, (Eurasian Union, CSTO), European Union (member states), and the US.

“But we are acting in a contradictory atmosphere on the international agenda,” Mnatsakanyan added.

The FM noted that the media are now discussing the choice between the directions of further development and the formation of foreign relations, however, Armenia proceeds from its own interests.

"This is a difficult balance ... It is difficult but necessary,” he added.
