YEREVAN. – Now we in the government also  consider that even if we come to work and if meeting directly is not a big need, we can hold discussions remotely, too. Mikayel Zolyan, a member of the ruling My Step bloc in the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia, on asked Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at Friday's sitting of the parliament what measures the government is going to take and what law initiatives can the NA assist it with.

To the MP's remark that models of work remotely can be introduced in Armenia’s state system as well, the Prime Minister said: "I also have worked remotely, which is a very good opportunity and, by and large, there is no decline in efficiency at all. On the contrary, there is also an increase in efficiency when a person has more opportunities to communicate with his family and children while working, which can increase the positive in overall work. Unfortunately, our legislation does not allow organizing the work of the parliament remotely. Thank God, our MPs have not been found to have the coronavirus, which means that the MPs in our country are exceptional people who we can be proud of.”
