Anti-Armenian statements are being adopted abroad. This is what head of the Bright Armenia faction of the National Assembly of Armenia Edmon Marukyan stated in his speech during the discussion on extension of the regime of state of emergency for another month.
“I get the impression that Armenia’s state institutions are responding to challenges late or aren’t responding to them at all due to the coronavirus pandemic or for other reasons,” he said.
