Vice-consul of Kyrgyz embassy Tigran Kondakhchyan has been beaten up in Moscow, REN-TV reported.
According to it, an unknown young man struck the diplomat on the head as a result of the scuffle.
Kondakhchyan contacted the police following the incident. Law enforcement agencies began the search for the attacker.
