YEREVAN. – The doctors from France are already in Armenia, and they have already started working at three hospitals on the COVID-19 frontline. The Office of High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs informed about this in a statement.

“A first of its kind international medical mission to Armenia was made possible by the close collaboration of our Office, USAID, and the Ministry of Health.

The doctors who had already undertaken the COVID-19 fight in France are in Armenia for the first time and will invest all their experience and knowledge in this crucial mission to save human lives.

In the coming days the intensive care specialists will be working at the St. Gregory Illuminator Medical Center, the Traumatology and Orthopedics Scientific Center, and the Holy Mother of God Medical Center’s Infectious Diseases Branch,” the statement also reads.
