YEREVAN. – You have initiated a case against Tsarukyan. Are you afraid? Parliamentary opposition Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) leader, MP, and business tycoon Gagik Tsarukyan mentioned—addressing the incumbent authorities—this in his speech in the National Assembly Tuesday, during the parliament debates on the prosecutor general’s petitions to strip him of his parliamentary immunity, launch criminal proceedings against him, and take him into custody.

"No problem. Today the public stands with Tsarukyan. (…). Today, the 88 percent [support] that you had is not even 7 percent [now]; go to the provinces, discuss with the people. It’s exhausted. But we still say, discuss the failures in yourself; we need to get out of this situation.

You have failed [the fight against COVID-19]; your children and parents are in hospital.

He says, ‘Whoever does not vote against Tsarukyan that will be the end of our revolution.’ The end of your ‘revolution’ has come," Tsarukyan added.
