The German government has included Armenia and nearly 130 other countries in the list of coronavirus outbreak high risk countries. The list, which was first released by the Robert Kokh Institute on June 15 and is regularly updated, also includes other tourist destinations that are the favorites of Germans, including Egypt, Thailand and Morocco, reports DW.

Out of Armenia’s neighboring countries, Azerbaijan, Iran and Turkey are on the list.

Bans for travelers from 27 EU member states were lifted earlier this week, but they are still in effect for travelers from 160 non-EU member states (at least until late August).
