A short while ago, ArmLur.am received information according to which Judge Robert Papoyan has examined the lawfulness of detention of Abraham Manukyan and declared it as unlawful, meaning Abraham Manukyan has been released.

ArmLur.am was told that the court still hasn’t examined the detention pre-trial measure against Abraham Manukyan, meaning the court has recorded that the National Security Service detaining Manukyan was unlawful.

Former deputy of the National Assembly Abraham Manukyan is involved in the same criminal case under which a charge has been brought against Prosperous Armenia Party leader Gagik Tsarukyan.
