YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: RA NSC [National Security Council] secretary Armen Grigoryan (…) was again in Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)] these days.

He had meetings with representatives of the halls of power.

He also took part in a post-election party; they celebrated the victory—with 25-30 representatives of the ruling elite (…).

Both [Artsakh FM] Masis Mayilian and [Artsakh Security Council secretary] Samvel Babayan, whose paths were divided before the second round of elections, participated. Armen Grigoryan, perhaps, organized an evening of reconciliation.

Arayik Haroutyunyan’s spokesperson said that the Artsakh President did not participate.
