Armenian parliament's special meeting will kick off Thursday at 6:30 pm.
Speaker of the National Assembly Ararat Mirzoyan particularly stated that there are quite a lot of issues on the agenda and that the parliament needs to convene another special session to end discussions on those issues.
The question was put to a vote and had 90 votes in favor and 2 against.
