Based on the application of the President of Armenia under the case to determine compliance of point 2 of Article 1 of the Law of Armenia on Making Amendments and a Supplement to the Criminal Procedure Code of Armenia and Article 1 of the Law of Armenia on Making a Supplement to the Law of Armenia on Bank Secrecy with the Constitution, the Constitutional Court has decided to declare the Laws adopted by the National Assembly as contradicting to the Constitution.
