At the initiative of the Armenian Red Cross Society and the Office of the Prime Minister, a public awareness campaign is being carried out across Armenia in order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. This is what Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan posted on his Facebook page, adding the following:

“Nearly 1,500 volunteers of the Red Cross are distributing leaflets providing information about anti-epidemic rules to people in crowded areas, yards and on public transport. The volunteers are also giving people face masks, if necessary.”
