The National Assembly of Armenia today approved bills on amendments and supplements to several laws in the second and final reading, including the Civil Code and related laws, the Law on Structure and Activities of the Government and related laws, the Civil Code, the Penitentiary Code and related laws, the Law on State Pensions and related laws, the Law on Psychiatric Care and related laws, the Land Code and the Electoral Code and related laws.

In addition, deputies also approved several other bills on amendments and supplements to laws in the first reading, including the following laws: the Administrative Code and related laws, the Laws on Audiovisual Media and on Licensing, the Law on Aviation, the Law on Local Duties for Parking and related laws, the Law on Notification on Implementing Activities and related laws, the Law on Banks and Bank Secrecy, the Labor Code, the Land Code, approval of the 2019 annual report on implementation of the 2017-20 State Property Privatization Program, the Penitentiary Code and the Criminal Code.

The Members of Parliament also ratified several agreements, including the following agreements on provision of pensions to workers in member states of the Eurasian Economic Union, on financial cooperation between the Republic of Armenia and the Federal Republic of Germany and on reciprocal readmission of persons residing in the Republic of Armenia and in the European Union without permission.

With this, the National Assembly ended the fourth session of the seventh convocation of the National Assembly.
