The Judicial Information System reports that the lawsuit filed by ex-chairman of the State Revenue Committee Gagik Khachatryan and his sons against the Prime Minister, his spokesperson and staff members has been accepted for proceedings by Judge Sargis Yeritsyan of the Yerevan court of general jurisdiction.

The Khachatryans demand that the court oblige the respondents to apologize for their offensive remark and refute information that is deemed to be slander. They also demand that the Prime Minister, spokesperson and the staff members present a refutation and apologize through any print press with at least 5,000 copies and across the Republic of Armenia within five working days upon entry into force of the judicial act.
