Political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and Kyrgyzstan were held at the level of Deputy Foreign Ministers via videoconference today, as reported the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.
During the consultations, the Deputy Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Kyrgyzstan Shavarsh Kocharyan and Azizbek Madmarov discussed the prospects for intensifying cooperation in the bilateral and multilateral formats, emphasizing a number of regional and international agenda issues of mutual interest.
The perspectives of deepening trade, economic and humanitarian relations were also discussed during the consultations. The sides emphasized the need to organize the planned session of the intergovernmental commission.
During the meeting, the importance of regular consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs at different levels and between various departments was stressed.
