President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Haroutyunyan has signed decrees dismissing Major General Mikayel Arzumanyan from the position of Deputy Commander of the Defense Army of Artsakh and dismissing Colonel Stepan Gevorgyan from the position of Deputy Commander of the Defense Army of Artsakh for Moral-Psychological Support.
