I deeply regret to say that even during the state of emergency, the Armenian authorities continue to lead a policy of vendetta against the judges of the Constitutional Court. This is what deputy of Prosperous Armenia Party Iveta Tonoyan told reporters today.

According to her, the authorities simply want to have a Constitutional Court that will only meet their interests. “I understand that perhaps the beloved judge of the Constitutional Court for the incumbent authorities is Vahe Grigoryan, who doesn’t fulfill his duties during the year, has received a tremendous amount of money as remuneration and has benefited from the privileges that are prescribed for judges of the Constitutional Court. Moreover, he hasn’t performed any duty that is prescribed for him by law,” Tonoyan emphasized.
