We can’t say observance of the anti-epidemic rules is satisfactory so long as there is no major reduction of the number of coronavirus cases in the country. This is what Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan stated during a briefing held after the session of the Commandant’s Office.

“Currently, the infection coefficient is in the range of 1.1, meaning 10 infected persons infect 11 people. Now I want to propose a counter formula, that is, every 10 persons who observe the rules don’t infect 11 persons,” he said, calling on citizens to join the campaign to distribute face masks, if possible.
