Prosperous Armenia Party needs two more signatures in order to apply to the Constitutional Court. In accordance with point 2 of Article 169 of the Constitution of Armenia, at least one fifth of the total number of deputies is required to apply to the Constitutional Court in the cases prescribed by points 1, 4 and 6 of Article 168 of the Constitution.

Currently, Prosperous Armenia Party has 25 signatures (all deputies of the faction have signed).

According to the requirement of the law, 27 signatures are required in order to apply to the Constitutional Court to determine the constitutionality of the decision adopted by the parliament.

The Prosperous Armenia faction of the National Assembly has addressed the Bright Armenia faction, calling on the latter to join the initiative.

The My Step faction of the National Assembly of Armenia passed the bill on constitutional amendments. Prosperous Armenia Party intends to apply to the Constitutional Court to clarify compliance of the proposed amendments with the Constitution.
