India announced on Tuesday its intention to expel half the state of the Pakistani embassy in New Delhi over spying, Reuters reported.
"They have been engaged in acts of espionage and maintained dealings with terrorist organizations," the Indian MFA said in a statement.
India will also reduce the number of its diplomatic representatives in Islamabad by the same amount.
It has already expelled two Pakistani diplomats on May 31 on spying suspicions. Pakistan considers the allegations unfounded.
