President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Haroutyunyan today signed a decree dismissing second-class justice advisor Sevak Hakobyan from the position of Deputy Prosecutor General, based on Hakobyan’s application, as reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the President of Armenia.
