Secretary of the Bright Armenia faction of the National Assembly Gevorg Gorgisyan has posted the following on his Facebook page:

“Dear compatriots and friends, the presses released information about me self-isolating. I would like to say a few words about that.

On the 12th, I had a cup of coffee with my friend who, on the 20th, informed me that he had symptoms of the coronavirus, and on the 22nd, he tested positive.

Starting from the 20th, I tried to contact the hotline of the Commandant’s Office to inform that I am self-isolating and to specify if I need to take any other action. Unfortunately, after many tries, I failed to contact the Commandant’s Office.

I self-isolated until the 26th (12+14=26).

I feel fine, not counting the slight nervous breakdowns I had after reading comments on Facebook.

Be healthy and follow all preventive measures. Pay special attention to physical activity and eat fruits rich in vitamins.”
