Deputies of the National Assembly of Armenia unanimously approved amendments to the Administrative Procedure Code and related laws in the second, final reading during a parliamentary session today.

In addition, the deputies adopted several legislative amendments in the first reading, including bills on making amendments and supplements to the Administrative Procedure Code and related laws, to the Tax Code, to the Law on Education, to the Law on State Benefits, to the Law on State Registration of Right of Ownership and to the Constitutional Law “Judicial Code” and related laws.

With 88 votes “in favor”, the deputies also unanimously ratified the letter-agreement “On the use of funds of the reserve program and engagement of additional borrowed funds” signed between the Republic of Armenia and the International Monetary Fund on May 23 and June 1, 2020.
