Out of the senior citizens staying at Nursing Home #1 of Yerevan, 22 elderly citizens and 4 employees have tested positive for COVID-19, as reported Spokesperson of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia Sona Martirosyan to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Martirosyan stated that none of the senior citizens has been hospitalized. “They are asymptomatic and have been isolated in the nursing home. The four employees who were symptomatic have been hospitalized,” she said, adding that the senior citizens were tested due to worsening of the employees’ health conditions.
