The Audit Chamber of Armenia has recorded problems with respect to performance of the 2019 state budget. This is what Chairman of the Audit Chamber Levon Yolyan said during a discussion on the report on performance of the 2019 state budget in parliament today.

Yolyan also said the Audit Chamber has recorded positive changes. According to him, certain issues have emerged during performance of the state budget that don’t arise from the expectations with regard to public responsibility.

Simultaneously, certain positive changes have been made in the implementation of the proposals that the Audit Chamber presented last year; for instance, the extrabudgetary funds of the year 2019 have already been incorporated in the Law on State Budget.
