Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan said Thursday at the parliament that parties, media, and NGOs' activities should be 100% transparent.
The PM wondered why only the government should work transparently.
"Democracy is not permissiveness," he added.
The members of the government, led by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, on Thursday are taking part in the sitting of the National Assembly of Armenia. The parliamentarians are discussing the report on the execution of the 2019 state budget.
