Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Armenia Hayk Grigoryan today convened a consultation over observance of the order and rules established during the state of emergency declared due to the coronavirus pandemic (order to wear face masks) and recorded violations, as reported the Department of Information and Public Relations of the Investigative Committee.
The chairman was told that from June 1 to 4, during the state of emergency, there were employees in the central administrative building of the Investigative Committee who had violated the order established by the Commandant’s Office and had been spotted through video surveillance cameras.
Grigoryan assigned the heads of the Internal Security Department and the latter’s Passport Division to continue to monitor, inspect the violations recorded via video surveillance cameras and report the results to him.
In relation to the violations, the chairman decided that the 32 officers of the Investigative Committee who violated the order won’t receive their monthly bonuses this month and designated an official investigation for 25 civil servants and gave a strict warning.
