The Armenian authorities hope to reopen schools in September. This is what Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia, Commandant for the state of emergency Tigran Avinyan declared in response to deputies’ questions during a special session of the National Assembly of Armenia today.
According to the Deputy Prime Minister, the goal is to do everything possible to make sure schools operate on a regular basis and in observance of certain rules starting from September. The Commandant also stated that the government is currently developing rules that will allow for ensuring operation of schools.
