The second interim report in English is being prepared at the office of the Human Rights Defender of Armenia on the shootings of the settlements of Tavush province.
The Armenian Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan confirmed the information on his Facebook.
"The human rights defender of Armenia strictly condemns the shelling of a civilian settlement," he noted.
