US embassies and consulates will restart visa services,  ABC reported referring to the State Department's spokesperson.

"The resumption of routine visa services will occur on a post-by-post basis, in coordination with the Department's 'Diplomacy Strong' framework for safely returning our workforce to Department facilities," the spokesperson told ABC News.

According to the spokesperson, they are "unable to provide a specific date for when each mission will resume specific visa services."

All US missions have suspended visa services since March 20. An exception was made only for emergency situations.
