The Human Rights Defender presented the report on the Tavush shelling to the head of the Armenian delegation to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), the Ombudsman's office reported.
The office has presented the information recorded by the staff on the shooting at the civilian settlements of the Tavush province since July 12, as well as the alarms addressed to the Human Rights Defender from the civilian settlements.
