Armenian defense ministry ex-spokesperson Artsrun Hovhannisyan noted that according to preliminary data Azerbaijan lost 12 people.
"I don’t know if the figures are final or not, but 12 victims were mentioned," he noted.
Hovhannisyan added that there is relatively calm on the border.
"It is calm in the Artsakh direction as well," Hovhannisyan concluded.
