Speaker of the National Assembly of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Artur Tovmasyan today convened a working consultation with his deputy, the chairpersons of standing committees, the heads of parliamentary factions and representatives of the Staff, as reported the news service of the National Assembly.

Tovmasyan declared that, at the initiative of President Arayik Haroutyunyan, the National Assembly will convene a special session on July 16 at 10 a.m.

The bill on approving amnesty under criminal cases will be submitted to the parliament for consideration.
