President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Haroutyunyan today signed a decree on relieving Samvel Avanesyan of the post of Minister of Labor, Social Affairs and Housing based on his resignation letter, as reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the President of Artsakh.

By other presidential decrees, the powers of chairman of the State Commission Regulating Public Services and Economic Competition of Artsakh Mikayel Virabyan have been prematurely terminated, and Virabyan has been appointed Minister of Labor, Social Affairs and Housing.
