Spokeswoman of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia Shushan Stepanyan has posted the following on her Facebook page:

“The Office of the Human Rights Defender of Azerbaijan, relying on its bright imagination, has made a statement, saying that the Armenian side “fired from artillery of large caliber” during monitoring by Human Rights Defender of Azerbajian Sabina Aliyeva in Tovuz.

The clearly false and inaccurate statement of the Office of the Human Rights Defender of Azerbaijan during the maintenance of the ceasefire on both sides is doubtful and condemnable, to say the least.”
