Head of “Foothold” Analytical Center NGO, former Security Advisor to the President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Tigran Abrahamyan has posted the following on his Facebook page:

“There are fewer military operations in Tavush Province after the operations carried out a few days ago, but this doesn’t mean that there won’t be other operations after the relative pause.

The fact of the matter is that the causes of this situation haven’t been eliminated, and Azerbaijan’s return to the negotiating table is still not guaranteed.

Even if Azerbaijan returns to the negotiating table, there is no guarantee that it won’t be an imitation and won’t lead to new aggression.”
