Russia will do the best to settle reduce tensions between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Russian Deputy FM Andrey Rudenko told TASS.
"Russia has such opportunities, we have used them more than once, including during the last outbreak of hostilities over Nagorno-Karabakh in 2016. I am confident that all our capabilities will be used," he added.
