Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Armenia Hayk Grigoryan has left for Tavush Province to organize investigation of the criminal cases instituted with facts of violation of the ceasefire regime by the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan and gross violation of the requirements of the Geneva Convention and the norms of international humanitarian law and to manage the inspections at the scenes of the incidents, as reported the Investigative Committee of Armenia.
Grigoryan has visited the scenes of the incidents in the city of Berd and the Chinari and Aygepar villages to organize the preliminary investigations under 30 criminal cases instituted by the Investigative Committee and manage the inspections.
Grigoryan conducted inspections at the scenes of the incidents and gave specific assignments to the employees of the 6th Garrison Investigation Division of the General Military Investigation Department and the Regional Investigation Department of Tavush Province.
