Armenian human rights defender Arman Tatoyan posted a video on his Facebook on the consequences of shelling by the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan in Aygepar, Chinari, Nerkin Karmiraghbyur, Norashen and the cities of Berd in Armenia's Tavush province.

The office of the human rights defender of Armenia has already sent two interim reports in English on the Azerbaijani shelling in the Tavush province to the UN Human Rights Council on July 12 and 14.

The report also presents data that the Azerbaijani armed forces installed artillery batteries in their own settlements, making the population a target of the Armenian side.
