The authorities have again been divided into armies over the scandalous project of handing over the management of all hospitals, including private ones, to the health ministry, Hraparak daily reported.

"We wrote that after the adoption of the draft at the government session, it was put into circulation and sent to the National Assembly, but since the team does not agree on the draft submitted by [Armenian health minister Arsen] Torosyan and thinks that it is problematic and vulnerable in all respects, it was postponed for some time," the newspaper noted.
