Armenian deputy FM Shavarsh Kocharyan has presented two factors in preventing large-scale military actions.

"First, this is our army, which demonstrates that aggressive approaches will always be followed by punishment. Secondly, it is necessary to show serious activity in the diplomatic arena, since the act of aggression is obvious."

"With regard to the international reaction, it is very important to record who abandoned the idea of mechanisms that in such situations can deduce the initiator of the provocation. This is necessary so that international organizations can rely on true facts and not on the statements of the parties," he noted.

"It is very important that the entire border of Azerbaijan with both Armenia and Artsakh is under control."

Shavarsh Kocharyan noted that Baku has always been against such measures, and today it is trying to present everything in such a way that the attack was allegedly launched by the Armenian armed forces.

"The initiator of the provocation always prepares in advance and pretends that it was allegedly attacked. The fact that Baku has always been against the introduction of control mechanisms testifies to the fact that Azerbaijan has always been a supporter of provocations," he noted.
