The victories of the Armenian army should be consolidated on the diplomatic front, but, unfortunately, this did not happen, Armenian ex-justice minister, parliament's former deputy speaker Arpine Hovhannisyan wrote on her Facebook.

“During these two years I tried not to touch upon parliamentary diplomacy, as it does not exist as such, and as a rule, MPs did not have any reason for a serious struggle," she noted.

"However, changes are now taking place on the military front and the situation on the diplomatic front is also clearly tense. And if our army acts brilliantly at the front, fulfilling the tasks assigned to it, then, unfortunately, this cannot be said about the diplomatic front," she noted.
